Signing in takes your email address and password. You stay signed in on this browser, so you will not need to do it every visit.
Sign in
Click Log in at the top of any page, or open the sign-in page.
Type your Email address and Password.
Click Sign in.
You land back where you were, so a page that asked you to sign in carries straight on.
Why am I asked for a code?
This happens when your email address is not confirmed yet. We email you a fresh six-digit code and open the code screen.
Type the code from the email to finish, just as you would when creating an account. After that, your password alone signs you in.
It says my email or password is wrong
Check the email address first, since a small typo is the usual cause. Passwords are case-sensitive, so check that Caps Lock is off too.
Still stuck? Click Forgot password? and set a new password.
Why can I not sign in at all?
After several wrong passwords in a row, sign-in pauses for a while to protect your account from guessing. The message tells you what time you can try again.
You do not have to wait if you have forgotten the password. A reset works straight away.
Sign out
On a shared computer, sign out when you finish:
Click Open menu at the top right.
Choose Profile.
Scroll to the bottom and click Sign out.
