Toka keeps a dedicated set of pages for Classical Conversations, laid out program by program, the way your community teaches it. Start at the Classical Conversations page.
Find your program
The page has one section per program, each with its age range and a View all link:
Foundations: weekly memory work for younger children. See Foundations week by week.
Essentials: English grammar, writing and arithmetic games for ages 9 and up.
Challenge: six levels for ages 12 and up, set out below.
The Jump to a programme buttons at the top skip straight to Foundations or Challenge.
Browse a Challenge level
Challenge opens on its first level. Tabs across the top switch between Challenge A and B, grouped together, and Challenge I to IV.
Each level is laid out under Curriculum by strand:
Use Jump to a strand to go straight to one strand, such as Latin or science.
Read the strand's short description, and find its Reading list.
Click any book to open its page, with editions, ISBNs and prices.
Click Back to top to return to the strand list.
Anything else filed under that level appears under More in this level at the bottom.
Check the edition before you buy
Communities often expect a particular printing of a book. Match the ISBN on the book's editions list with the one on your community's list before you order.
Classical Conversations' own books
Books published by Classical Conversations — guides, cards and workbooks — have a list of their own under Published by Classical Conversations.
Veritas Press Omnibus reading lists
The Omnibus great-books program from Veritas Press has pages of its own. The Veritas Press publisher page lists each Omnibus year, and clicking a year opens its reading list.
A year's list is split by quarter, with Jump to quarter to move between them. Books are marked Primary or Secondary, the program's own two tracks.
