Publishing makes a course ready for your family's children. Preview each lesson first, so students meet it the way you intend.
Draft or published?
The line under the course title tells you where it stands.
Draft — only you can see the course. Every new course starts here.
Published — you can enroll your children, and they can join it themselves from their Courses page.
Publishing never makes a course public. It stays within your family unless you invite someone, whichever state it is in. Inviting anyone else needs a moderator's review first — see Get a course reviewed to share it.
Publish or unpublish
Open the course from your course list.
Click Publish beside the title.
To take it back to a draft, click Unpublish. Children can't open an unpublished course until you publish it again.
People you invited are paused too, with their progress kept. The page asks first when anyone outside your family is taking it.
Add artwork
Click Add course artwork to put a wide picture across the top of the course page — see Course artwork. Click the title or description to edit the course details at any time.
Delete a course
Click the bin icon, Delete course, and confirm. This can't be undone — it removes every lesson and every child's enrollment and progress.
