Waiting on you gathers everything that needs your answer in one place. Open it from the first tile on the planner, which shows a count when something is waiting.
What shows up here
Finished tasks that need checking — photos, documents or anything marked for your own confirmation.
Absence requests, when someone asks to be out and have their chores covered.
Reward requests, when a child asks for something from the Family store.
Items stay in arrival order, so the longest wait is always at the top.
Review a finished task
Select Review on the task.
Look over the photo or open the document. The time taken is shown beside the estimate.
Add a note in Feedback (optional) if you like — a kind word or a hint goes a long way.
Choose Approve or Reject.
A task you send back returns to your child's list so they can try again.
Answer an absence request
Choose Approve or Decline. Approving hands the chores to someone free and tells you who picked them up.
If nobody can cover some of them, the queue says so. Sort those out yourself, then choose Dismiss.
Answer a reward request
Choose Grant to hand the reward over and take the points, or Decline to say not this time. A request they can't afford shows how many points they are short.
Show one child at a time
Narrow the list with Show: pick a child, or Everyone to see the whole family.
